ACM offers friendly staff, modern, well-equipped facilities, and competitive benefits for our employees. Check here often for employment opportunities in our growing practice! Animal Clinic of Monett is an equal opportunity employer.
The Animal Clinic of Monett is currently a four doctor mixed-animal practice looking to add three associate veterinarians to our team. Our practice is approximately 65% large animal (predominately beef and dairy with some equine) and 35% small animal (including pocket pets and exotics). We also provide veterinary services at Joplin Regional Stockyards. Since our establishment in 1989, we have constantly upgraded our clinic to meet the needs of our rural community to include a haul-in facility with hydraulic chute, ultrasonography and radiography capabilities, and a complete in-house laboratory. Our small animal practice ranges from wellness and routine surgeries to medicine case management and advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures.
We are open 6 days a week and emergency duty is split equally between associates. We offer a competitive salary with benefits to include paid vacation, sick days, health insurance, membership dues, licensure, continuing education allowance, cell phone, a stocked practice vehicle, profit sharing after one year of employment, and retirement benefits after two years of employment. As a member of our team, you will actively contribute to our continuously advancing establishment. We are looking for a team player wanting to gain experience and utilize their skill set. Our practitioners provide invaluable mentorship and create an environment to facilitate learning. Whether you specialize in small animal or large animal practice, we want to hear from you! If you are currently a vet student, we offer free blocks as an opportunity to actively learn and grow. For more information please email [email protected]
